Together, we’ll explore the difference between tea and tisane, how to properly prepare each, and the healing properties of a variety of herbs. You’ll learn how to thoughtfully combine “main” and “supporting” herbs to create blends that support your body in a meaningful way.

Each guest will then create their own full size bag of a custom tea blend—choosing three herbs and crafting them in specific measurements to take home as your own personal ritual.

ABOUT GRACIEL....
Graciel Evenstar, owner of The Soul In Bloom, is a decades-long floral designer who transformed her love of flowers into an organic, looseleaf Tea Apothecary in 2018. All her locally crafted, small batch tea blends are original recipes featuring the healing power of flowers and herbs.  

Graciel offers a carefully considered selection of herbal teas with a focus on attending the nervous system, building immunity and healing unresolved heartache. 

The Soul In Bloom can be found at markets, events and teaching herbal tea classes throughout western NY.
